Remote Assistance Program
Do not fear, help is on the way! ACS has made it possible to provide immediate onsite technical support via the Remote Assistance Program. Our ECP beds and Holter Monitors have been designed and developed utilizing state-of-the-art technology. These products operate on a Windows XP™ platform enabling a variety of networking, Internet and communication utilities. ACS is now able to offer customers remote accessing capabilities.

The ACS Research and Development department has teamed up with the Technical Support department to create an innovative, interactive method of better serving our customers. Simply call technical services and address your concerns. Remain on the phone and allow a skilled service representative to gain access to your instrument. This approach often resolves customer concerns.
How Does the Remote Assistance Program Work?
In order to provide remote assistance, an ACS representative must first gain access to your system. Utilizing an instant messaging program allows the computers to interface and communicate. This is done via a static IP address and only with your permission.
Are Patient Files Secure with Remote Assistance?
Absolutely! ACS hardware and software programs are secure using Windows NT security. Our program complies with HIPAA measures, protecting customer and patient privacy at all times. There is no way to provide remote assistance without your help and permission.
